Andrew Frain is a PhD candidate at the Australian National University (ANU). He is currently studying and conducting research within a theoretical perspective known as the ‘social identity approach.’ He is currently a Teaching Fellow at the Strategic Defence Studies Centre at ANU. Randal Tame is the managing director of Influence Consulting. His interests are in organisational strategy, leadership and the role of social identity in group performance. He is an adjunct lecturer at Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is presently conducting doctoral research in the social identity approach to leadership and performance at the University of Queensland.
