Paul Axelrod

Paul Axelrod is professor emeritus of education and history at York University, Canada. He is the former dean of York's Faculty of Education (2001-2008) and author/editor of nine books on schooling and higher education history and policy. His publications include 'Values in Conflict: Universities, the Marketplace,' and co-editing 'Trials of Liberal Education, and Making Policy in Turbulent Times: Challenges and Prospects for Higher Education.'
