Athene Donald

Athene Donald is a professor of experimental physics and Master of Churchill College at the University of Cambridge. She has been at the Cavendish Laboratory at Cambridge since 1983. Her research focuses on using the ideas of soft matter physics to study a wide range of systems of both synthetic and biological origin. From 2010-14 she was the University of Cambridge's Gender Equality Champion. Donald is a member of Royal Society Council.
