Iain Cairns (pictured) is a lecturer at the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He has a PhD in Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and has research interests in democratic business. Alan Southern is a senior lecturer in the Management School at the University of Liverpool. There, he leads research on social economic and how to best democratize economic decision-making. As a researcher, Southern has amassed a large catalog of publications on a wide variety of topics. Geoff Whittam is a faculty member in the Glasgow School for Business and Society at Glasgow Caledonian University. Throughout his time as a researcher, Whittam has cataloged over 80 different academic publications.
