Zulfa Sakhiyya (pictured) is Assistant Professor and Head of Language Laboratory at the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Universitas Negeri Semarang. Zulfa's research interests span knowledge production and uptake, educational policies, discourse analysis and women leadership. Inaya Rakhmani is Assistant Professor and Head of the International Communication Class at the Department of Communication, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Indonesia. She is also a member of the Indonesian Young Academy of Sciences (ALMI) and adjunct at the Demographic Institute, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia.
