Kate Guy is a DPhil/PhD Student in international relations at the University of Oxford, where she studies the intersection of climate change, national security, and global governance. In addition to her studies, she works as a research assistant to the dean of the Blavatnik School of Government, a manager of the Oxford School of Climate Change, and a senior research fellow with the Center for Climate and Security in Washington, D.C.
