Amanda Rutherford and Thomas Rabovsky

Amanda Rutherford is a PhD candidate in the Department of Political Science at Texas A&M University. Her research interests focus on questions of public management, performance accountability, and representative bureaucracy in the context of education policy. Thomas Rabovsky is an assistant professor in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, Bloomington, where he teaches public management. His research largely focuses on accountability, performance management, managerial values and decision making, and higher education policy.
