Clifford Stott is a professor of social psychology and dean for research in the Faculty of Natural Science at Keele. He specializes in understanding the nature and role of social identity processes and intergroup dynamics in crowd behavior as this applies to ‘riots,' ‘hooliganism’ and policing. Matthew Radburn is a postdoctoral research fellow at Keele University, where he is working on a range of policing related projects as part of the academic team within the Keele Policing Academic Collaboration.
