Author: Maude Brunet, Marie-Claude Petit, and Alejandro Romero-Torres

Maude Brunet (pictured) is an associate professor in the Department of Management at HEC Montréal. Her research interests include governance and innovation of megaprojects, public infrastructure projects, and public–private partnerships. She has more than 15 years of experience in project management, including working as a consultant, researcher, and lecturer. Marie-Claude Petit is a lecturer in project management at École des sciences de la gestion from Université du Québec à Montréal. Her research interests are major project governance and stakeholder management and project managers’ skills. Alejandro Romero-Torres is a full professor in the Department of Management at École des sciences de la gestion from Université du Québec à Montréal and coholder of the Research Center in Project Management. His research interests are digital transformation in project management, project governance, and agile project management.
