Andrew Maynard is a professor in the School for the Future of Innovation in Society at Arizona State University, and director of the Risk Innovation Lab. His research and professional activities focus on risk innovation, and the responsible development and use of emerging technologies. Dietram A. Scheufele is the John E. Ross Professor in Science Communication and Vilas Distinguished Achievement Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and in the Morgridge Institute for Research. Since 2013, he’s also held an honorary professorship at the Dresden University of Technology in Germany.
