Per Skålén is a Professor of Business Administration based at the Service Research Center, and at the Karlstad University Business School, Sweden. His teaching has mostly been devoted to organization theory but he has also been teaching marketing and service management as well as method. Johanna Gummerus is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Centre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management (CERS) in the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland.
