Lucas Amaral Lauriano (pictured) is an assistant professor in the people, organizations, and negotiation department at IESEG School of Management, Paris. His research is at the intersection between the strategy implementation of social and environmental initiatives and employees’ evaluations. Julia Grimm is an assistant professor in management, organization and society at Stockholm University, Stockholm Business School. She was a postdoctoral researcher at Cambridge University, and her research interests turn around questions connected to collaborative governance and collective action in the context of global supply chains, with a focus on process theory, framing theory, and paradox theory. Camilo Arciniegas Pradilla is an assistant professor in the management and marketing department of Universidad del Tolima, Colombia. His research interest focuses on sensemaking, strategy, and temporality.
