May 24, 2021 2959

This June, the Federation of Associations for Behavioral and Brain Sciences, in collaboration with the Scholars Strategy Network, are offering a webinar series on public scholarship. The webinars will bring together scientists, policy professionals, and public scholarship experts to help you learn to effectively engage with U.S. policymakers in the federal government and translate your research for a broader audience.

The free events are open to all and offer new tools to connect your research to policy. All webinars in the series start at noon Eastern time and will last one hour.

The Federation of Associations in Behavioral & Brain Sciences represents a number of scientific societies focused on the mind, brain, and behavior that, among other things, promotes the use and support of behavioral science among U.S. legislators and policymakers. The Scholars Strategy Network is an organization of university-based scholars who are committed to using research to improve policy and strengthen democracy.

FABBS promotes human potential and well-being by advancing the sciences of mind, brain, and behavior. As a coalition of scientific societies, we communicate with policy makers and the public about the importance and contributions of basic and applied research in these sciences.
