Yongcheng Fu is an assistant professor in the College of Management and Economics, Tianjin University. He received his PhD degree in business and management from Alliance Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester in 2019. His research focuses on the evolution of the governance structure of infrastructure development and its implications for value creation and capture. Lihan Zhang is an assistant professor in the School of Economics and Management at the Hebei University of Technology, China. She received her PhD degree in the management of projects from the University of Manchester in 2018. Her current research focuses on project management in complex environments, contractual and relational governance, conflict and dispute management. Yongqiang Chen is a professor in the College of Management and Economics, Tianjin University. He was also the Fulbright visiting professor at Stanford University (2010–2011). He holds a PhD in management science and engineering. He has hands-on experience in megaproject management through extensive engagement with the industry and serving as a contract manager in Kuwait from 1996 to 1999. His research interests include organizational boundary of project-based firms, project delivery systems, and contract management.
