As a world-famous library holding over 150 million items, we have a lot to share. And we are keen to share it with the widest possible audience.  Working with leading experts in the fields of Social Sciences and Science, Technology & Medicine, you will promote the Library’s role in research and raise the profile of our collections and services.
With substantial prior experience in a marketing or communications-based role, you will provide strategic leadership and work collaboratively to develop a range of high-profile projects and initiatives in these areas.   Educated to degree level (or equivalent), you will demonstrate drive, flair, creativity and have experience of working in a field related to Science, Technology & Medicine and/or Social Sciences. You will also have an understanding of the higher education sector and a talent for communicating to a diverse audience. A capability to build relationships, as well as first class organisational and communications skills are also crucial to this role.   Closing date: 15 July 2012
